Teller/ Customer Service Representative

Asian Bank, a community bank located in Center City Philadelphia, is seeking experienced bi-lingual (English/Chinese) Tellers/ Customer Service Representatives: to accurately and efficiently process and record routine transactions for Bank customers including cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, processing loan payments and money transfers; answer inquiries regarding checking and savings accounts and other Bank-related products; attempt to resolve issues and problems with customer's accounts; initiate and open new accounts; record all transactions promptly, accurately and in compliance with regulatory and bank policies and procedures; and, explain, advise on and promote Bank products and services to customers.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; prior banking experience preferred; considerable clerical, administrative, cash handling, and sales and service experience required; excellent customer service skills; and, strong working knowledge and ability to utilize computer systems.
