Asian Bank is seeking experienced bilingual (English/Chinese/Spanish/ Portuguese) Tellers and Customer Service Representatives: to accurately and efficiently process and record routine transactions for Bank customers including cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, processing loan payments and money transfers; answer inquiries regarding checking and savings accounts and other Bank-related products; attempt to resolve issues and problems with customer's accounts; initiate and open new accounts; record all transactions promptly, accurately and in compliance with regulatory and bank policies and procedures; and, explain, advise on and promote Bank products and services to customers.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s or Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience including prior banking experience and/or considerable clerical, administrative, cash handling, sales or customer service experience; excellent customer service skills; and, strong working knowledge and ability to utilize computer systems.
